Dr. Ricky Pan

DMD, FICOI

Dr. Ricky Pan’s mission is clear: to save teeth whenever possible. He believes every patient deserves a doctor who will be with them from start to finish — protecting their time, health, and smile with expertise and compassion. And when a tooth truly cannot be saved, he provides high-level implant solutions that preserve the surrounding teeth, restore long-term function, and keep patients healthy for years to come.

For over a decade, Dr. Pan has pursued continuous education spanning advanced general dentistry, endodontics, laser dentistry, and dental implantology. His dedication has led him through advanced training in endodontics, international symposiums on laser dentistry in Japan, and comprehensive implant training at the University of Florida (UF) and the Implant Educators Academy’s Interdisciplinary Dental Implant Continuum — where he later returned as a helping ambassador. These experiences reflect his belief that true excellence comes from lifelong learning and sharing knowledge with others.

Dr. Pan has also achieved the status of Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) — a distinction achieved by fewer than 1% of dentists worldwide. He continues to refine his expertise alongside leading experts, focusing on mastering the art and science of saving natural teeth through modern root canal therapy and microsurgery.

Beyond the operatory, Dr. Pan believes in giving back to his profession and community. He is a past president of the West Pasco Dental Association and has volunteered at Florida’s statewide Mission of Mercy event — an annual program that provides free dental care to underserved patients who otherwise would not have access to treatment.

A lifelong Floridian, Dr. Pan continues his family’s tradition of care with a focus on protecting both time and health. His philosophy is simple: a saved tooth is priceless, and the best dentistry preserves what nature gave you whenever possible. For every patient, his goal is not just treatment, but treatment done right — with precision, compassion, and a commitment to long-term health.
